The current version 2.0 (Deliverable 7.3) has been updated to include a webform with the intention to lower the threshold to report risks. Please read version 1.0 as well https://citymeta.icos-cp.eu/objects/t0cFn_nbD8K3MeNRQb3MFQ3n. The online submission of risks can be done completely anonymously to encourage to report risks, which might contain sensitive information, or are of a personal or personnel nature. Furthermore, the scope of what to report has been enlarged to reflect incidents, worries, suggestions, etc., as well as risks. For the remainder of the document, we will talk about risks, but this should include the full scope as mentioned. We do hope that we have created a minimal whistle blower, risk reporting, incident management system, to allow anybody to report anything which might jeopardize the project. The handling of risks in combination with regular work package and executive board meetings has so far been successful. Issues with instruments, problem of finding the right locations (permits, authorizations) etc, are detected early, and the necessary mitigation measurements hence implemented in a timely manner to avoid long-term problems or major set-backs for the project.
