  "description": "In the ongoing effort to address global climate change, several cities are taking actions to strive for carbon neutrality. Recently, urban vegetation has gained attention in cities’ climate action plans as a vital strategy for enhancing carbon sequestration from the atmosphere. To support the cities, a detailed knowledge of the strength and variability of urban biogenic carbon sinks is needed. Biogenic carbon sequestration is essential also for distinguishing anthropogenic carbon emissions from biogenic fluxes in atmospheric observations. This dataset includes the spatially resolved city-level biogenic model products for Munich , Zurich, and Paris and covers annual gross primary production (GPP), soil and vegetation respiration (Rs) and the biogenic net ecosystem exchange as simulated using\nthe SUEWS model (Järvi et al. 2011, 2019).",
