Temporal activity profiles of CO2, CH4, and three air pollutants (NOx, CO, PM) for the City of Munich for the period 2019–2024, developed within the H2020 project ICOS Cities PAUL Pilot Applications in Urban Landscapes, and documented in the related GitHub repository (https://github.com/tum-esm/tum-mci). The activity profiles are derived from local data for the sectors GNFR A: Public Power, GNFR C: Other Stationary Combustion, GNFR F: Road Transport, and additionally Human Respiration. Timestamps include timezone information (UTC, UTC+1, UTC+2). Each profile provides a scaling factor that should be applied to the mean hourly emission rate (total annual emissions / total hours of the year). This dataset complements the gridded annual anthropogenic emission inventory for the City of Munich: Kühbacher, D., Aigner, P., Chen, J., Hinderer, J., Super, I., Denier van der Gon, H., Dröge, R., Schoenmakers, E., Hohenberger, T., 2025. Gridded anthropogenic emissions of CO2, CH4 and co-emitted pollutants for the city of Munich for the period 2019-2024. https://doi.org/10.18160/2K5S-967C.
